Strawberry Rhubarb Pie (gluten-free & grain-free)

I'm always experimenting in the kitchen, especially with gluten- free baked goods, and also grain- free. This pie is actually grain free, gluten free and vegan. It tasted fantastic, I can still remember! The recipe wasn't perfect however, so I'm still in the process of tweaking the measurements a bit so the crust doesn't fall apart. And of course, this will be the place to find it ;-)
