This special holiday treat was created by my friend and fellow influencer, Tina Milligan for her daughter Gracie. These delicious crunch bars are exactly what Santa wants, but also the perfect example of a Fit Foodie recipe; yummy + clean! They feature the highest quality chocolate around made with organic cacao and coconut sugar, plus the most nutritious and delicious grain-free, refined sugar-free cereal on the plant (no joke!). You guys know me, Iâm all about the super foods and the cleanest ingredients available without sacrificing taste! So without further adieu, letâs dig in to these easy to make crunch bars!
Grab code (TINAMILLIGAN) and head to Love Bird Foods then begin Making Spirits Bright đ¶
Combine the following til melted.
1/2 cup nut/seed butter
3 T sticky (honey)
2 T coconut oil
Then dump 2 cups Love Bird Foods unsweetened cereal

Mix, then dump into a lined pan, flattening out with a piece of Saran wrap & then place in freezer.
Chocolate Frosting
5 oz Hu kitchen Gems discount (TINA15)
3 T Almond butter
Melt & then spread over bars. Return to freezer. Then remove once solid & cut.
