When you’re craving Thai takeout, this savory, sweet and spicy dish will deliver! You can make it with chicken, fish or veggies for a quick and easy weeknight meal that’s sure to please the whole family. It’s prepared sans msg, gluten-free.
*Updates to the recipe corresponding with latest nutrition research: use avocado oil for cooking instead. I also now prefer to make this dish with chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces, but that’s just a preference.
